The finish line is in sight! The month of March is an important time to learn more about your role/s in the new system, Oracle, and any changes to your day-to-day work.

The finish line is in sight! The month of March is an important time to learn more about your role/s in the new system, Oracle, and any changes to your day-to-day work.


For most employees, you will only see small changes in the way you submit your expense reports and purchase requisitions.

For Finance and Supply Chain employees, there will be a larger impact but we will support you with comprehensive training in March.

1) Meet with your Manager and/or HR to go through your Oracle role and what's changing from 1 April 2017.

2) Attend the pre-requisite "ILT for Online Training: Oracle Navigation" course.

3) Check your Outlook calendar this week for an invite from LearningOracleEBS@amway.com. If you need to change your session, contact Arthur (tham.you.xin@amway.com).

3) Attend your training, ask our trainers questions and speak to your upline.

What are 3 impacts to me? (Recap)

1) New employee claims/expenses process.
2) New processes to pay suppliers and receive goods/services. Invoices will require a Purchase Requisition (PR) in Oracle.
3) Approval of expenses will follow the global FAC process and grades.
