How to get help after Hypercare

On June 23, we conditionally exited ATLAS APAC1 (Philippines) Hypercare. Please find below the new ATLAS Support model.

The support team will change to ATLAS Production Support. Your ATLAS Super Users will continue to be your first point of contact for any questions or support you require.


Please download a copy of the Hypercare Support Map (Philippines and ASSC). Please find attached here the ATLAS Production Support on call contact information for emergency cases only. Please attempt to contact the team via Skype prior to calling.


Change to requesting Oracle Access
Oracle access (roles and responsibilities) will be now be provisioned through the Service Now portal from 26 June. To request new access, change access or revoke access, please login to Service Now and submit a request.


Great Work: Second Month End


On 6 June, APAC1 Philippines successfully completed the second month end close with Oracle. Our second month end close was completed without any open high or critical tickets.

A big congratulations and thank you to the teams in Amway Philippines and the ASSC for their hard work in helping make our second month end close a success!
