Who can I talk to for support?

 Your Super Users are your first line of support after go-live for any questions or issues. Find out who your Super Users are.

How do I get help after go-live?

 

ATLAS HyperCare begins 1 April for three months. During this period, we will provide you additional support to help resolve any issues and answer questions on the new business processes ATLAS will introduce. Please see above the new support model for ATLAS. If you have any questions on the new model, please speak to your local IT.

What's Coming Up?


March:


Training and Cutover to new system
- Attend your training sessions and ask our trainers questions. Oracle access will be granted only upon successful completion of training.

- Submit your expenses to Finance by Friday, 17 March. Expenses will need to be submitted in Oracle from 5 April.

- Pre-payment requests must be submitted by 12:00pm, Tuesday, 28 March. You will receive payment on 29 March.

 

April:
Go-Live
1 April is Go-Live
The new Oracle system will be switched on.



3 April
Go Live Celebration event.
